(( Artistic Activities Division ))

The Artistic Activities Division is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Managing the affairs of the department and appointing the committees that supervise artistic activities in the departments.
2. Preparing the agenda for the periodic meetings of the heads of artistic activities at the university.
3. Preparing the annual program for artistic activities supervising its implementation, and issuing the regulations and conditions according to the instructions of the ministry.
4. Following up on the progress of artistic activities in the scientific and engineering departments and departments of the university.
5. Preparing reports on the results of artistic activities and sending them to the relevant authorities.
6. Evaluating the performance of employees and their levels in implementing the annual program for artistic activities based on the adoption of comprehensive quality standards.
7. Evaluating the results of the participation of colleges in the annual program prepared for artistic activities according to a scientific standard.
8. Continuous field follow-up of the reality of facilities and infrastructure for artistic activities in the university.
9. Contributing to the organization of central celebrations at the university.
10. Issuing regulations and instructions for competitions and artistic activities according to the instructions of the ministry.
11. Following up on the progress of competitions and artistic activities in universities (within their internal activity) and forming special committees for them.
12. Organizing reports on the results of artistic competitions and preparing them for approval in the evaluation system.
13. Issuing periodic and quarterly publications related to artistic activities and following up on the publications of festivals and artistic events organized by the university.
14. Following up on the recommendations of the special committees to decide on the objections submitted by the universities during festivals and artistic events and submitting detailed reports on them to the department. Creating a database and information about universities and private colleges related to artistic activities that is updated on a first-come, first-served basis.

(( Sports Activities Division )) 

The Sports Activities Division is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Managing the affairs of the department determining the supervisory committees for sports activities and preparing the agenda for periodic meetings.
2. Preparing the annual sports tournaments program and supervising its implementation in the place and time specified after its approval and issuing the regulations and instructions according to the Ministry's instructions.
3. Following up on the progress of sports tournaments for the colleges or institutes of the university.
4. Evaluating the performance of workers in implementing the annual sports activities program by adopting the criteria of total quality.
5. Evaluating the results of the participation of colleges and institutes in the annual program prepared according to a scientific standard.
6. Continuous field follow-up of the reality of facilities and infrastructure for sports activities in the university.
7. Preparing a database for the department and issuing regulations and instructions for sports activities according to the Ministry's instructions.
8. Following up on the progress of sports tournaments for universities (within their internal activity) and determining the committees supervising these tournaments.
9. Submitting reports on the results of sports activities and preparing them for approval in the evaluation system for student activities departments in universities.
10. Following up on the recommendations of the special committees to consider the objections submitted by the colleges and institutes during the tournaments and submitting detailed reports on them to the department.
